MISSION STATEMENT

Our mission is to make the iKickback Primal Series common knowledge for all women. We want to decrease the amount of fear and violent attacks in the world, by empowering every girl and woman - and anyone else who feels marginalized or targeted, with these life-saving skills, concepts and tools.

ABOUT THE METHOD

There are several reasons why we think of iKickback as outside of any one style. The iKickback method is a compilation of techniques, concepts and philosophies brought together from many other combative and martial arts. They are the ‘best of the best’ tradition has to offer. Other elements of iKickback are inspired by observing animal and human nature; the basic survival instincts that drive a species forward. Finally, there are elements of what we teach that spring forth from the cutting edge of creation itself, our attempt to share with you the inspiration we get from tapping into Source Energy. What’s most exciting about iKickback is that it’s a process more than a finished product. It is continually improving and evolving, just like each of us and life itself!

We designed the iKickback Survival SystemTM with three key objectives in mind: that it is easy to learn, effective, and that everyone can do it.

Knowing this, we decided to turn away from the alarming statistics, stories of crime and images of battered women. But we found ourselves faced with a challenge: How how do you teach self defence without emphasizing and therefore promoting fear?  iKickback is the answer.

 ABOUT US

David Kvapil

Sensei David Kvapil has been developing the iKickback Survival System his entire life. Even before his first introduction to the martial arts virtues under Kyoshi Kenneth Tallack in Okinawa Karate-Do in 1981, he was a small and scrappy kid. Knowing his size could potentially makie him a target for bullies, he was always looking for the most effective ways to come out on top of every and any confrontation.

Dheana Ramsay

With no formal martial arts training and little interest in fighting, Dheana was initially hesitant to get involved with iKickback. A proponent of the Law of Attraction, she didn't want to fill her head with violent thoughts and frightening scenarios. Her plan if she was ever attacked? "I'd just act crazy!" After a few month providing administrative support, Dheana began to understand the concepts on a deeper level and realized they weren't as contradictory to her belief system as she initially thought.
